Humans and robots, it's time for an update. I merged a monophonic tune with a modern sample based beat. Even more minimalistic than the first one, again dedicated to classic computer games.

Hi Ida! It's good to hear that, especially from you since you are an open-minded listener in my eyes. That does not mean that the others are not, but - except of Alexander - I don't know them in person. So it's motivating to read this. Adventureistic... yeah, I have to agree with you. And I think it's interesting to read how people associate this piece of music with games. The sound of that melody makes me think of some small elf with green clothes and a big hat wandering through large stone halls and playing the flute (that's why I turned up the reverb that much). Haha.

Indeed, it always reminds me a bit of the old days when I was playing games on my father's Amiga that had pixels as big as my thumb. Ok, not quite, but compared to nowadays hi-res games it almost feels like that.

Well, I'm mainly into early Norwegian Black Metal and Folk Metal because I like the raw and cold sound and the atmosphere in the music (and Norway is my favourite country btw). I also enjoy classical music, pagan folk music and dark Ambient. But I'm listening to Thrash and Death Metal from time to time as well (like the bands you listed). To be honest I did not even know about Chiptune before I met Alexander but now I think it is a very interesting style of music. It's different.

Thanks! Maybe you're right. I did not make any electronic stuff for about 7 years now so my knowledge and experience is limited. It's nothing serious anyway - but I think I will make a few more songs like that. As I said, I'm not into electronic music at all so I was just curious how the reactions would be.

Even though my musical work is normally dedicated to the extreme metal genre, I decided to make something electronic, beeing inspired by Alexanders awesome creations. It's rather simple music and the technique is lightyears behind the one of Binärpilot but I thought I could let you listen to it anyway, so here it is:

i knew you were really good at making songs with awesome tunes and stuff but this one is like over the top i think! there's something magic around it which i cannot explain in words.
