I like the police of my country
on a whole they are honest people

lolz a year ago I dreamed of living in Norway so I could experience socialism not have to stress about employment and be scared to lose my job (but i would still work very hard) in order that I might better focus on the more intangible things in life like family, and writing and music. Also it would be so fun to live so close to the northern lights and I hear you guys have some awesome extreme hikers who totally just decide to start walking on the dangerous trails with food and water and big fluffy jackets which also sounds amazing

Hmm might as well teach you the simplest US system

We have three BRANCHES of Federal government (each state has the same three branches too)

Legislative

These guys make laws and it is a two house system

The Senate (big wigs who make Federal Laws that individuals and corporations have ot adhere to)

House of Representatives (smaller guys who make laws regarding regulation between states and laws regarding marraige licenses and stuff too)

Each state gets two senators and their number of representives is proportioned to the population of the state (i think a state gets a representative per 650,000 people)

EXECUTIVE BRANCH

This contains the "most powerful man in the world" The president who is in charge of foreign policy, fiscal (money) policy, Commander in chief of the US ARMY, NAVY, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard). He is allowed to create departments and executive boards in order to deal with problems (example of one is the Food and Drung Administration created to ensure safe food and safe drugs in the US)
He also hase the power to veto a bill passed by congress (the legislativve branch)
but congress (both HOP and Senate) can overrid the veto with a 2/3rds vote

there is one trick the president can do called a pocket veto which can't be overriden and the way it works is the president says i am not going to even look at this i am gonig to put it in my pocket and never ever look at it or sign it yes or no
it might sound stupid and too easy but a president risks sacrificing his career to do this because of the political stigma

other important job in the executive branch are the Secretary of State and this person deals with regular everyday shit that someone has to do to keep a country running that also doesn't involve foreign stuff . There jobs are mostly advisory now

and there is also teh Secretary of Treasury, this guy gets to make many fiscal decisions that adhere to teh presidents fiscal policy and some that don't if he really wanted to, he but mostly he is also advisory nowadays because the presidents can change anything these secrataries did back to what it used to be

Judicial branch

The judicial branch interprets the law

Most notably the US Federal supreme court decides whether or not a law made by any county,state or even congress follows the Constitution

these three branches keep the country in a "checks and balance system" in order to ensure that no person can get too powerful enough in the US

What no one here knows about me till now is that i am very involved in my school's performing arts, In fact i am directing next years play as I have demonstrated very good insincts and have gained a lot of experience watching other students and teachers direct too,

I also have dabbled in writing (I am excellent at short stories)

so if you need any opnions or advice on your fancfiction journey I am always willing to give out my two cents

You seem to have a lot of talent though with experience and proper direction I think you'll be very good, you certainly are very creative

Well for starters you've done a very good job of introducing all the characters and you're ability to create characters with actual backgrounds is astounding for someone of your age. I particularily enjoy Toyata very much.

Now I reccomend you make it more clear who is actually speaking halway through there is a scene between Yoko, Saiboruga and Mitsuki and I had a little trouble decyphering who was speaking at the actual time.

One easy way to fix this is to write in a commonly accepted Theatre scritp format if you can acquire a copy of the book "raisin in the sun" that will help you extremely with that aspect

or you can use a simpler Shakespearean style such as this

Notice how different things are written differently Spoken words are in plain text and performed actions/scene descriptions are italicezed

also note that the name of the character is written than the dialogue/ performing action is written under it

also even tho the woman at the begginning of the story isn't significant it would do you good to also include them in the character list and give them a name because it will add another character in your fiction arsenal for later use if you get my drift

part of perfecting your art is too accept others opinion in the hopes that you will gain valueble knowledge and experience from it, if you take a look at the music updates thread then you will just how much we muscal artists value constructive criticism and even listen to it
