My name is Hugo, and i am one of the founders of XLRnetlabel (www.xlr.ee).
I have also done some few events, one was called Ilovethiscity, what traveled through the country, introducing local underground artists and the second one is called XLRconnection , what tries to be a little bit more global.
I am from Tallinn, Estonia, currently 21 years old.
