But I like C. PHP, not so much. It's quite a shitty language, but it's so widespread. If only it had a static type system, it would suck a lot less.
By the way, someone ring the fuckin' nerd alarm again.

(Re)learning PHP, but I'm listening to binärpilot instead. Well I could do both, but I'm also checking out the Nordland cover. I really enjoy this quote on the inside:
This makes me pretty happy.
So yeah back to the subject at hand. I need to review me some PHP 5. I'm not much of a web dev type, but I got a job in web dev for the summer, so I need to get up to date before I start. I'd rather be flipping bits than flipping burgers.
Awesome Binärpilot Quote:To all my fans, without whom this music would have remained a selfish pleasure. I hope you find what makes you happy in life.

Sandjorda is one of my favorites actually. I guess it's the nostalgia factor, given that it's one of the first I listened to, back in 2005 I think. I can't believe this was more than 7 years ago.
Hello.
I am sorry to inform you that this is impossible. Glory to our dear robotic leader.

So I'm wondering, is the game easy as fuck or did you guys just spend the last 5 days or so playing non-stop to get to such high levels so quickly?
This will be the longest thread on this forum.

It looked as though it would probably be way too warm for summer weather, but then again it's true you're in Norway, so with your igloos and all it must be alright.

Sure seems more fun than Catholic church. Tell me, did you play this? Okay I'm just kidding, but this video is hilarious. Especially the guitar player.
So yeah I think it's great that some churches have found a way to stay true to their time and make religion interesting even today. Nevertheless, I probably wouldn't attend church, being a lifelong atheist (despite being baptized a catholic), but I wouldn't mind coming along for a little jam. I may be irreligious, but I respect those who aren't, especially when they rock out in church.

The only traditional clothing from Quebec I can come up with is this. Probably not as cool as a bunad, but certainly more comfortable.

What?! You play drums at Church?! This must be one awesome church.
I never went to church, except when I was baptized when I was a few months old, but 'round these parts all people do in churches is mumble some prayers, listen to the ramblings of an extremely old priest, and have a sip of shitty wine to go with your host, which isn't even bread but a shitty wafer that tastes of absolutely nothing at all.
Nobody goes to church anymore in Québec anyway, except some old people, and even then, only a minority of them. We don't even have priests left, the few that we do have mostly come from Africa, because no one in the province wants to become a priest. Especially considering Catholic priests can't even get married.

You're telling me you'd rather go to church than to an orchestra practice? Either this must be some shitty orchestra or a fucking awesome church. Is it the Missionary Church of Kopimism?

Yeah there's a version of it on the album. I'm somewhat disappointed by the lack of classics like "Straight No Chaser" and "Blue Monk". It's far from the best compilation album I've heard. At least there's a decent version of "Epistrophy".
