To Alexander (and also you other forum people)!
I'm just listening to some experimental ambient-styled electro song that kmotiv posted on his personal Facebook, and it somehow made me realize that I owe my newest and most awesome direction of music taste to you. I got from Binärpilot and these forums to chiptunes (oh, anyone know the J. Arthur Keenes Band? That guy is AWESOMESAUCE.), to dubstep, to ambient, to electro in general, to LSDJ and Renoise and MadTracker (I'm still pretty bad at them...), and all in all... You made one of my most important areas of life, music, fit the personality I am: A nerd. All the geeks shout out...
Thanks a lot for that!
I'm having some emotional moments due to the song kmotiv posted, I guess... That's fine to me.

All the best wishes from Germany :p

Thanks mate. You made that journey on your own, but I'm happy if Binärpilot gave you a push in the right direction. Nerds are fucking awesome.
(:
Oh, and... Ruby on Rails. My computer science teacher told me about it once, but you made me remember through this super awesome website here. Great work, both Destru and elektronaut- And here I am now, developing a Rails application for a Minecraft server (that's some nerdy shit now... <3) and LOVING Rails. Writing big projects in PHP is just... indefensible these days. I know that sometimes you could use it (I haven't needed it any longer though), but for a whole app, it's shit, I'd say.
Correct me if necessary... :3

Posted by Alexander:Nerds are fucking awesome.
False. Cyborg T-Rexes are literally fucking Awesome; as in "Awesome got fucked by that Cyborg T-Rex! High five, yeah!".
...but yeah, I love Binåarpilot and this forum in both proportional sizes.
1 day later…
Cyborg T-Rexes are indeed, and one has donated this domain. Why the hell would he pay for that, why?! Because he's CYBORG T-REX, I guess. Or CRAZEEH like Crazy Dave from PvZ.
Or because this is some nerdy shit. As mentioned.
Or because this is some nerdy shit. As mentioned.
That reminds me that I have to pay something, soon. Or are there any upcoming donations, perhaps?
I think Mr. Sir Cyborg T-Rex might have meant he's gotta pay for the domain? :3
donations@binaerpilot.no is in good standing. Made enough money from the proceeds of Nordland to print at least two more albums (~90/100 sold of the print).
Facebook advertising is running at $1-5/day but average monthly donations cover that.
I do need a pair of studio monitors for mixing, but the headset is fine for now. When the new album is closer to being finished I'll think about a fundraiser. Gotta one-up Nordland.

Posted by rachaelivy:did you check out the new shirts?
I got enough shirts. Too many, actually, so I'm thinking of giving some to charity or whatever.
What I do need, are some hoodies. Yes, please!
Especially if you've got zippers. I need more of those before winter gets here.
Edit: Not just zippers. Hoodies with zippers. Or strippers.

In short, nerds are awesome but Cyborg T-Rexes kick ass, Binaerpilot helped everyone around the planet, and Alexander is going to top Nordland with the next album.
