And my media "group" has exploits to be seen at:

Rachael, for your blog (which I read), just keep it up! It's tough even for me to write a post as I have almost zero motivation to do so. I think it's important to document things even if it's just for posterity.
I'll be back here when I've released my new trollblog that'll be in Norwegian. I just need to finish the mockups and set up wordpress 'n such.

When you're talking about motivation, it must be because of the No Comment Syndrome, right? That's how new bloggers usually runs out of juice; when the amount of comments drops down to zero (usually after two weeks of operation), you suddenly start thinking "I'll write something - anything - later on...", but you forget to do so.

Anyways, you can always rage on my naturally enlarged weblog. I'm at work now, and I won't write anything new there for at least a month, I guess. I'm that lazy.

(this post really increased the value of this thread. Cyborg T-Rex strikes again!)

I might make a blog, but my dad might not approve, so later. 2 more years...
So he'll backtrace all of us? Report us to the Cyber Police Force? Consider me afraid!

I've also been doing a redesign for koew.net, but I'm lazy and I kinda lost interest. But now I've been looking at it again, especially since the new Google Web Fonts page was released. The Ubuntu font is tasty like whipped cream!

Nah, he just won't let me make one until I'm old enough to decide what I want to do with all of my personal information.
I like the way your father thinks. Everyone should be schooled on how to treat their personal information, and learn what and what not to publish on the Internet.

Trying out Google+ at the moment. Anyone need an invite, just let me know.

what do you think of it, koew?
Not sure if end-users care enough to move from Facebook. There's some great parts about Google+, especially when it comes to their Privacy Policy. Deleting everything is easy, if you want to do so. I just want to use a nickname instead of my real one, since it's connected to my gmail-account. That's really my only concern at the moment.

And I fucking love the whitespace.
I've been reading some scary stuff about their privacy policy concerning how they OWN every picture you ever post and if they want can use it for anything, and sell it to anyone without owing you a damn thing. Ofc, that means virtually nothing to me (until I became ridiculously famous and they start selling my stuff to E!) but for professional photographers that's not so fun.

it's sort of boring with so few people, but it should catch on.

and yes, lots prettier than facebook.
Also, I've read somewhere that it's become more popular for niche social networks. So the Circle-thing for G+ is pretty great. Now I can complain about work to my friends and complain about my friends to my boss! I know FB has had this functionality, but it's too hidden.
Yeah, I really like that aspect, but again won't be as fun until more people are hoppin on the G+ bandwagon!
INVITE ALL THE THINGS!
I'm not quite sure whether or not I would want to join. I mean, I'm already on Facebook and I've been wanting to delete my account for a while, but I can't for a few reasons (namely I have to admin pages about my websites etc.).

So, join another social network? Maybe, but only because I'm a Google whore.

I've also joined Twitter earlier this week (to work on a project with a friend of mine involving Twitter's API) and I find it most pointless. I still need my API key though.

(Sorry for hijacking a thread that's supposed to be about blogs)
I don't know who started the hijacking, but it was a good run.

There's one thing FB got that G+ doesn't: The ability to use a pen-/nickname. Since G+ is connected to all Google Products, it's pretty annoying that I can't have a nickname on G+ instead of my full name. I just like to control information.

I heard about Google+, but then went to China for 2 weeks. Now I have an opportunity to check it out, will review in edit.

I am so absent on google+, the only thing I ever do is add someone to my circles if they've added me. just haven't gotten into it yet. same with tumblr.

what about you guys?
I'm gonna have to re-activate my FB account in order to get more in touch with a mate. I'm gonna visit him in Sri-Lanka during christmas. That'll be awesome.

Google+ for me is my cousin posting about 7-12 updates each day from different devices, and no one else says anything. Silence may be golden, but on G+ it feels like the Forgotten Land.

People are too active on facebook still.
The human species doesn't like new things much, at first especially.
