Binärpilot Community

Because I'm hungover I won't elaborate. But here's the quick lowdown:

A new TV station in Norway will offer half-hour spots to EVERYONE. So what I need is half-an-hour of Binärpilot to get plugged on there. In other words, anyone with a camera and editing software must to throw together a half-hour special. If you ever wanted to get into TV programming, this is your chance. And the best part? I can most likely get it for free. We do already have about ~15 minutes worth of music videos (Anthony + Ministry) that can be used, but it needs to fill 30 minutes.

Language?

probably norwegian. music videos and speeches, as 'o'mikkel said, talk about your views on the music industry, but have your music in the background. if you do that, have your site in one of the corners of the screen the whole time.

It can be in whatever language as long as it's has Norwegian subtitles.

No deadline whatsoever, and it would have to pass a quality control before being aired. The station isn't available yet, but it will begin test-transmissions soon. I prefer to get on-top of this before the various religious-organizations have filled all the slots and potential viewers fled elsewhere.

I'm totally claiming ownership of this (thank you film/tv program that I'm in)

I'll post my pre-prod requirements in the next day or so.

Right now, I need to know who has access to video equipment in Norway and can get to Alex, and stock footage of shows.

I'd like to see a scene where Binär shows off some of his equipment, then his girlfriend (sorry Fishtied!), then his equipment again - and then he says "Guess what I do every night?" with a weird smile on his face. Then fade out and roll credits, while an loud argument is heard in the background.

Then a T-rex. A ridiculously large one.

A sequence of miscellaneous Binaer People saying "Binärpilot rules!" or something similar on camera in their respective languages would be neat.

Also, we need to make another Kef's day out. I can picture Kef doing a "smack my bitch up" routine really well.

translate.google gave me a rough idea of the extent I never want to see that movie. Actually, I kind of do more now just because it's that godawful.

Hell, last weekend I saw Dragon Ball The Movie (dubbed). I've also bought a handfull of martial arts movies on the streets (Harlem, NYC). I'll be having painful fun watching those.

Tell us koew, why exactly did you watch the Dragonball Z movie? (dubbed, obviously)

Correction: Dragonball The Movie, NOT DBZ. There's a difference, as fanboys will rave on about for hours, I believe.

Funny thing is, I do have trouble finding it on IMDB. Found it on Badmovies.org though:

And don't think I've forgotten about it! The plastic T-rex is in a box in the garage though, I'd have to dig it up.

November has been absolute death for me in class. The same way that the time period from Mid-February-March will be death for me, so I'm trying to get it all together.


Requests so far:
-We've been thinking of going with the whole "Your channel just got jacked" angle, any ideas on how to make it look? I was thinking 80's with vintage comp cues (I just got ahold of an Amiga 2000 with Video Toaster so I have access to hardware versions of all those godawful 80's effects)
-There will be spots for clips of videos, but we obv. can't show any one of them in it's entirety (except for probably Kef's day out, I think I want all of that one in there somewhere like a "going to a gig" story
-I require anyone's awesome stories from a Binärpilot show


The hard part is trying to stay as non-promotional as possible.
